Any misuse of equipment or facilities may result in a temporary or permanent suspension of access rights as determined by property management and Momentum leadership.

Participation in wellness programming and use of fitness amenities involves inherent risks. Users acknowledge these risks and agree to assume full responsibility for their physical well-being. Momentum Wellness Operations and its practitioners provide professional staffing and leadership, but they are not liable for any injuries sustained during the use of property amenities. We recommend consulting with a physician before beginning any new fitness regimen.
4. Intellectual Property
The dynamic, data-driven wellness programs, strategy, and leadership models implemented by Momentum are the exclusive property of Momentum Wellness Operations. No part of our programming, operational documents, or proprietary methods may be reproduced or utilized by third parties without explicit written consent from our corporate office in Toronto.
